L'Aia Vecchia - Farm Holidays in Tuscany, Castellina Marittima

Situated in the higher part of the park and near the owner's house but compleately indipendent the villa was built and furnished in the traditional tuscan style with archs, red brick floors and wooden beams with mezzanine ceilings; structured on two floors for a total of 136 sqm:
at the ground floor there is the all with fireplace, sofa and satellite TV, the kitchen in marble with electric oven, fridge freezer, cooking stove, dish washer and washing machine, one lumber-room and one bath with shower;
at the first floor there are two double bed room and one bedroom with two bed plus one baby-bed for a total of six bed place plus one and a bathroom with bath-tub;
outside a large private garden surrounded by bushes with barbecue, car park and swimming pool at 50 mt of distance from the house and enclosed by a small fancy with for the safety of children.
